Hi everyone,
I am honored to be able to run in the Jerusalem Marathon this year. This event brings together my love for Israel and a cause I deeply believe in, supporting children with disabilities. Running through Jerusalem, a city that symbolizes strength and unity, allows me to contribute to the resilience of the Israeli community and support children who face incredible challenges with courage every day.
My grandfather, Sheldon Berman, was diagnosed with brain cancer when I was very young. My journey with running began many years ago when I first participated in the Race for Hope, an event raising money for brain cancer research. Inspired by my grandfather's battle with cancer, that race helped me channel my desire to honor his strength into something positive. Since then, running has been a way of staying connected to the values that I learned from him. Now, I have the chance to run in his memory and for kids whose bravery inspires me deeply. Every dollar raised will go directly to programs and resources that empower these children to achieve their fullest potential.
Whether through a donation or by sharing this page, your support means the world. Thank you for standing with me, supporting these kids, and celebrating the spirit of Israel. Together, let's make every step of this journey count.
