Why I’m Running the Jerusalem Marathon for Shalva 🏃♂️🇮🇱
As The Jewish Fitness Coach, running is a big part of my life. But this race? This one is different.
My sister, Hannah, has Down syndrome, and over the years, we’ve done many races together. Running side by side, proving that strength isn’t just about muscles—it’s about resilience, joy, and breaking barriers.
This time, I’m taking on the Jerusalem Marathon for Shalva—a charity that is incredibly close to my heart.
Shalva doesn’t just support individuals with disabilities; they empower them. They give children and families the tools to thrive, to dream, to live with dignity. The work they do is inspiring, and this race is my way of giving back—of raising awareness and ensuring charities like Shalva get the support they deserve.
Disability awareness isn’t just about inclusion—it’s about action. And this is my action. Running, advocating, and making sure that those who need support the most are never forgotten.
If you want to support this cause, I’d love for you to join me in making a difference. Every step counts.
Am Yisrael Chai. 🏃♂️💙
